Location is great and personnel is excellent! Service was friendly throughout the hotel. We liked everything at rio athens including rooms and the food.

Situated in the centre of the city, the staff endeavour to be professional. Prices from our point of view ok. Numerous bars / restaurants etc. just around the corner.

Unfortunately, breakfast is not recommended, at least not for those with low expectations. From the second day on we went to a nearby baker. The shower is so leaky that the bathroom was under water after 1 x shower. In the bathroom mould, no window, door broken. Dangerous neighborhood.

Located near a metro station, we were able to easily explore Athens during our stay. The hotel was situated in a run down area which wasn't terrible, making it a good budget option. We found the room to be clean and serviced daily, with a nice breakfast

Old staff and yoing staff. The old staff, there were three people in total, were not somfriendly, Especially an old couple staying in the lobby And the old man serving breakfast did not smell so good Breakfast was low average I recommend of you have low expectations because the price is great.

This is my second stay at the Rio. The staff are great and its an easy walk into the centre of town, easy access to the underground

Got a twin room instead of a double but for 1 night was ok Asked staff to check out the air con as not 100% working & come the summer it would be hot
